Portacabin :
This is a standard prefabricated modular porta cabin built from a repurposed shipping container. It is configured specifically as a temporary site facility—indicated by the “First Aid Room” signage on the entrance door.
- Corrugated Steel Shell: Constructed from high-durability corrugate steel siding, finished with a heat-reflective light beige or tan exterior coating designed to withstand intense desert sun and harsh climates.
- Concrete Access Ramp: Equipped with a solid concrete entry ramp at the main entrance door, ensuring stable and reliable foot traffic or wheel accessibility onto sandy ground.
- Climate Control Unit: Features an external split air conditioning compressor mounted securely on a custom structural bracket at the rear, keeping the interior space cool and climate-regulated.
- Elevated Foundation Plinths: Elevated off the sand using heavy concrete foundation blocks, protecting the bottom chassis from direct soil contact, shifting sands, and moisture accumulation.
- Integrated Safety Signage: Outfitted with official safety markings and a green emergency cross placard on the white insulated steel door, clearly marking its role as a designated medical station on a construction or field site.
